At Elegant Auto Retail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion purchase; if you are not, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure alternative to ensure they remain protected.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your return back to our warehouse.
